About Saya

Saya is from Tokyo JAPAN, New York and California cosmetology licensed hair stylist.

After working at a hair salon in Tokyo, she graduated AVEDA school in New York in 2008. ​While assisting the legendary Garren, who is known for styling celebrities such as Madonna, ​she honed her beauty skills. She then began her freelance career,

working on fashion shoots and runways. Additionally, she worked as a hairstylist

at Fringe salon frequented by artists in the Lower East Side. Her clientele such as Eleanor ​Friedberger, Lady Starlight, Breedlove, Ben and Matthew from MGMT, Annaleigh Ashford ​etc, Saya was supported by unique individuals, especially artist, actors and musicians.

After moving to the Bay Area and raising three beautiful children, she relocated to

Los Angeles in 2023, where she has resumed her work as a hairstylist.

サヤは東京渋谷の住田美容学校を1994年卒業後、都内のヘアサロンで働いた後、

様々な人種への技術を学ぶ為ニューヨークはソーホーにあるAVEDA美容学校も2008年に卒業。

マドンナを代表する有名セレブを手がけるレジェンドGarrenの元でアシスタントをしながら美容技術を学び、

その後フリーランスとして撮影やランウェイで活動を開始。

ロウワーイーストにあるアーティスト御用達サロンFringe salonでも美容師としても働きながらヘアに関わる様々な仕事で活躍。

顧客にはEleanor Friedberger, Lady Starlight, Breedlove, Ben and Matthew from MGMT, Annaleigh Ashfordなど、

アーティスト、俳優やミュージシャンなど個性的な人々から支持されました。

ベイエリアに越して子供を３人育てながら2023年に念願だったLAに移住し、ヘアスタイリストとして活動を再開。
